Wedding Ceremonies

As you like it!

The ritual of marriage is an opportunity for you, a united couple to express what a life with love in it means to you. It can be a reflection of who you are and or who you aspire to be. It can be a philosophical ideal or a moment of whimsy or both. The ceremony can incorporate traditions that are part of your culture or religion. Or, we can explore non-traditional themes. It can be filled with song or poetry. If you want, we can incorporate other languages, even Klingon.

Whether you write sacred vows or vows straight out of a stand-up routine, the most important thing to remember is that it is a moment of you. It would be an honor for me to help you realize the ceremony of your dreams. The ritual of marriage could have a profound meaning for the two of you whether you are in front of your community, standing side by side in Central Park, on the beach, or declaring your love atop a mountain in Nepal.

As for what you can expect from me, I will dress appropriately to fit in with your wedding party. I can be as involved as you want me to. Most of all, I am here not only to fulfill your wedding ritual obligations, but to be a positive if not grounding force while you negotiate the myriad of details that a wedding requires. Allow me to be your guide.

P.S. re: the mountaintop in Nepal, I won't go over 17,000 feet.
